Our services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Consultation Fees: Once a consultation has been provided, fees for this service are non-refundable.
Completed Services: Any service that has been completed and accepted by the client is considered final and non-refundable.
Custom Work: Services that involve extensive customization, such as tailored branding strategies or content creation, may not be fully refundable. Refunds will only be considered in cases of clear underperformance based on the agreed scope of work.

If you wish to cancel a service before it has been fully delivered:

Cancellation Before Commencement: If you cancel before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation After Work Has Begun: If work has commenced but is not yet completed, you are not eligible for a refund.
